Very easy to read. Great for younger people experiencing mental health symptoms or uncomfortable feelings seeking help.

few people in my family struggle with various mental health issues. I borrowed this book from the library first, to see if it was worth purchasing. It’s great! It covers a variety of conditions. I had mostly been thinking about anxiety and depression when I borrowed it, and was pleasantly surprised to see it also included ADHD (among other issues). There is an interesting chapter on medication, and conversations about medications.
